What is P90X workout?

FAQ about P90X Workout

P90X is still very effective in 2023. The program is the most comprehensive home workout program available, featuring over 30 high-intensity workouts for strength, speed, control, and flexibility.

  1. Select the worksheet that corresponds to your current exercise routine. You can find the corresponding worksheet by clicking on the appropriate link below each workout description.
  2. At the top of the first empty column, you need to write the date and what week of the program you’re on.
  3. Write the number of reps that you do for each exercise in the same column.
  4. Write the weight you used for any exercise that required a weight. 
  5. Repeat this process every time you work out.

P90X is a program that includes 12 high-intensity workouts that you do over the course of 90 days. You need to work out 6-7 days per week, for 1-1.5 hours at a time.

P90X offers three different schedules: classic, lean, and doubles. The lean and doubles schedules are more geared toward weight loss than the classic schedule.
